About commercial & industrial solar
Neither the central PM Surya Ghar subsidy nor the Bihar Government top-up covers commercial connections — both are residential schemes. Commercial and industrial consumers instead get 40% accelerated depreciation in the first year plus GST input credit, which for most businesses is worth more than the residential subsidy.
A standard on-grid plant generates only during daylight. For overnight cold-storage loads we design a hybrid plant with battery backup, or size the on-grid plant so that the daytime export offsets the night-time import through net metering.
Yes. Where roof area is limited, we build ground-mounted and shed-mounted plants on factory land, and elevated structures over parking areas.
