A family home whose summer bills were crossing ₹4,500 a month. The 5 kW on-grid plant now generates around 620 units a month against a household consumption of roughly 500 — the bill is down to the fixed charge and the surplus is banked through net metering.
A commercial complex with shops and offices running air conditioning through the day. The plant covers most of the daytime load at commercial tariff, and the owner claimed 40% accelerated depreciation in the first year.
A large household that wanted genuine backup rather than just savings. A 10 kW array with a 15 kWh lithium bank carries lights, fans, two air conditioners and the borewell pump through the longest evening cuts.

My summer bill used to cross ₹4,500. It is now under ₹200. What impressed me more was the subsidy — Apex handled every form for both the central and the state amount, and the money came into my account without me visiting a single office.
